Performance/Burnout. Where Do You Want To Be?

Capable, productive, and committed… yet short of air.

This simple framework helps my clients clarify where they are now — and where they would want to operate.

In a world of constant pressure — work, personal growth, parenting, relationships, health, travel, social media — many are doing a lot right and still feeling stretched thin.

The real question isn’t whether you can handle more. It’s whether your level of challenge matches your level of support.

Some reflective questions to think about:

  • Am I just surviving what’s on my plate, or feeling energized by it?
  • Does my current role stretch me beyond my skill set?
  • How much support do I get now?
  • Do I have the right people around me, and do I know how to ask for their help?
  • Do I acknowledge and make space for my emotions?
  • What do I say to myself when things go wrong?
  • Are my routines helping me sustain what life is asking of me?
  • Where do I need clearer boundaries to protect energy and focus?

It may feel like a lot of questions at once — and it is. These aren’t meant to be answered quickly, but explored over time.

High performance doesn’t come from pressure alone. It comes from the right balance between stretch and support.

And that balance is something you can build — coaching helps you do exactly that. It helps to process this information and change several variables to shift your energy into the High Performance.
